How to play word solitaire

Select a continuous group of matching uncovered words. Move the group onto matching words or into an empty column. Each click of the deck deals four cards, one to every column, including empty spaces. Collect groups in open categories once they meet the displayed minimum. Finish one category to unlock the next; the final batch may be smaller when fewer words remain.

Endless introduces fresh arrangements; ranked challenges have day, week and month leaderboards. Free play has no time limit and offers word clues, strategy hints and undo. Ranked play requires Google sign-in, allows undo and uses a running server clock without hints.
